K2 - K2 is the second highest mountain on Earth, located in the Karakoram segment of the Himalayan range. Standing at 8,611 metres, K2 takes second place only to Mount Everest.

Mount K2 - Mount K2 is a mountain located in the upper Athabasca River Valley of Jasper National Park, 1½ km east of Mount Kitchener. The mountain was named in 1938 by Rex Gibson (former ACC president), apparently to signify this as a secondary peak of Mount Kitchener, and not K2.
